It comes complete with the rubber tube and clip, as well as what I think is the type 48 microphone. On the brass nozzle at the end of the rubber tube is marked AM REF 6D/526 MK IV. The straps which hold the mouth piece are made of web cotton, while the mouthpiece is also made of rubber. The inside of the mask is lined with suede. There are a couple of small tears to the mask which are pictured, but overall in good condition, the rubber being pliable. The detachable rubber tube is pliable as well but is split as pictured. Also missing what appears to be two copper clips, but easily fashioned.
